PaceCom is an authorized distributor of the ALPHA, BETA-BRITE, ALPHAVISION and SOLAR SERIES Led Displays product lines for Adaptive Micro Systems, Inc. (AMS). Since 1978, AMS has produced a full line of standard and custom LED's, as well as incandescent, assemblies and components for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Since 1985 PaceCom has developed, marketed and supported enhanced Real-Time software throughout the world for the inbound ACD (Automatic Call Distribution), the outbound Predictive Dialer and the Blended Call Center telecommunications industry. All products run on non-dedicated PCs and are Windows 95 and Windows NT compatible. Products include Real-Time Enhanced Supervisors' Terminals, Electronic Message Display software for LED Display Boards and/or individual PCs on Local Area Networks (LAN), Historical Database Reporting and Call Center Forecasting/Scheduling software.

Our newest addition is a real time Browser based call center status display. Call Center WebView is designed to display call center data to a Web Browser. Call Center WebView requires installation of SuperVision II server software. No software is needed on the client side other than a standard Web Browser such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. Now agents, supervisors, and management have a low cost option for viewing call center data.

A new feature of SuperVision II is WebCapture. The application can retrieve information from Web sites such has changing stock quotes and weather. WebCapture information can then be transmitted to Electronic Message Displays.

Call Center Clocks

With the new PaceCom Clock Controller software, it is now possible synchronize your Call Center Clocks to Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The software acquires UTC time through an Internet connection. The Clock Controller product, including software, master clock and PC Hardware connectors, is available for $499.00! Additional network clocks are only $199.00. Each Master clock can support 31 addition network clocks.

Custom OEM Software Development
