With the PPD, you can communicate critical time-sensitive information specifically to individuals who need it -- when they need it. You can be certain your messages are being received at the appropriate time, without the delay or clutter often associated with memos, bulletin board announcements, and E-mail. With its sleek, compact design (3.5"H x 13.7"W case) PPDs are perfect for Call Centers with limited space, high partitions, only a few agents, or any other location where space is a premium.

215 SERIES

The ALPHA 215 SERIES are indoor LED message centers designed for light industrial, commercial and office use. They can quickly display up to three colors (red, green and amber) and tri-color rainbow effects (red only versions are also available). These message centers are among the brightest and sharpest indoor displays available.

The ALPHA 300 SERIES features our most versatile, one-line, indoor LED message centers. Each model has the ability to display one line of large 3.1-inch characters and can be easily read from a distance of up to 150 feet.

The 300 Series message centers can assist you in complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) character size requirements for Customer Information Signs (CIS). They are ideal for use in service, industrial and retail businesses as well as government offices, lobbies, public buildings and transportation terminals. These message centers set industry standards for brightness and visibility.

The ALPHA BIG DOT color electronic message center (EMC) is designed for high-visibility, indoor use in industrial, commercial, retail and office applications. The Big Dot EMC displays one line of large, 4-inch characters. The large character height-coupled with the use of super-bright LEDs and a unique built-in louver system makes it ideal for window as well as indoor use. As a result, the Big Dot EMC can be easily read from distances of 15 to over 150 feet. Because it is over 4 feet in length, it delivers a great visual impact for your messages. The Big Dot EMC instantly displays large amounts of information in 8 super-bright colors and 3 rainbow effects. It also features nine exciting built-in graphic animations to attract the extra attention needed in retail and office environments.

4000 SERIES

The ALPHA 4000 SERIES features our top of the line, most versatile two-line message centers. Four different size cases ranging from 40.2"L to 76.2"L x 7.7"H are currently available. Each model has the ability to display two lines of 2.1-inch characters or, for maximum impact, one line of 4.2-inch characters. The 4000 Series is designed to quickly display large amounts of information in three bright colors - red, green and amber, or exclusively in red, without overwhelming your budget. The result is a message display with great visual impact, superior visibility and high resolution. The 4000 and 7000 Series are the most commonly used displays for ACD and/or blended Call Centers. They are also ideal for any retail, service and industrial-related business.

7000 SERIES

The ALPHA 7000 SERIES offers the flexibility of displaying multi-line text messaging as well as graphics and logos. Each model displays one to four lines of information with the character size ranging from 1.5-inch (four lines) to 7.2-inch (one line) for maximum impact. Three different size cases ranging from 40.2"L to 64.2"L x 10"H are available. Like the 4000 Series, the 7000 Series is designed to quickly display large amounts of information in three bright colors - red, green and amber, or exclusively in red. The 7000 and 4000 Series are our most commonly used displays for ACD and/or blended Call Centers. They are also ideal for any retail, service and industrial-related business.

9000 SERIES

The ALPHA 9000 SERIES features the largest message center display array. Capable of displaying a wide range of line configurations, including 5 lines of 1.5-inch characters, 4 lines of 2-inch characters, and 1 line of 9-inch characters. Its new electronic design, using state-of-the-art SMT components and processes, yields the most uniform color display of its size. It also allows users to select any of 8 colors consisting of shades of red, green, and amber. All five models come with a two-year parts and labor, factory service warranty.

ALPHA SOLAR SERIES

The ALPHA SOLAR SERIES Outdoor LED Display is our brightest outdoor LED sign. It is readable in direct sunlight and features a wide viewing angle making it ideal for numerous outdoor applications including retail advertising; bus, rail and subway stations; manufacturing facilities and more. It can also be use indoors.

The ALPHA Solar Series Display features a unique, flexible design, which can operate with different LED lamps, depending on the optical requirements of the specific outdoor application. It has the ability to display two lines of 3-inch characters or, for maximum impact, one line of 7-inch characters contained within a case ranging from 49.7"L to 92.9"L x 12.5"H.

The NETWORK-SYNCHRONIZED SERIAL CLOCK is ideal for use in a wide range of applications including office, factory, warehouse, retail business, government, hospital, school and home. It keeps accurate hour and minute display and can be networked, via master clock or computer, so all linked clocks display the same time. Networked clocks can display different time zones, also 12- or 24-hour time formats. Numerals are four inches high, super bright and dimmable with front access buttons for time setting and a battery backup.
