SuperVision can monitor incoming ACD statistics and Outbound Predictive Dialer or Blended Call Center statistics for display on Message Display Boards and/or PC Call Center Personal Displays. SuperVision can be used with the AMS Personal Priority Displays, 4000, 7000, 9000 Series and ALPHAVISION Displays.
SuperVision can also be used with PaceCom's Call Center Personal Displays. Call Center Personal Displays work on your LAN in conjunction with SuperVision software. Like Message Display Boards, Personal Displays send Real-Time statistics as well as immediate, pre-programmed and conditional messages to individual management, supervisory and agent PC workstations.
