In the United States and Canada, 24-hour response time is guaranteed for remote access service. Troubleshooting and telephone consultations are provided from 7:00am - 5:00pm PDT, Monday through Friday. All service work is provided directly by PaceCom personnel to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
